MEET MRS. BECKY
Meet Mrs. Becky Reeves
All about me....I grew up in Birmingham and Huntsville, Alabama. I attended Freed-Hardeman University and the University of Tennessee at Martin to receive my master's degree. I took classes at the University of Memphis and MTSU.
I am married to Gene Reeves, a retired professor from Freed-Hardeman University. We have a wonderful family-Emily Reeves
Burleson who is married to David Burleson. Emily works for the Humboldt City Schools and is active in community and school projects. Melanie Reeves Amos married last summer to Connor Amos and lives in Thompson's Station and teaches fourth grade at Creekside Elementary in Franklin. Teona Chapman is married to Kirk Chapman and they live in Franklin with their daughters Adriana and Emma Kate.
I love being at home with my family -Bo and Ty, my Bichons, and my cats-Hugo and Sophie, plus all of our outside felines. When I am not working on a play at school, I am probably working on one for Nite Lite Theatre. My two year olds in my Bible class are very special to me and I love teaching them. I love Christmas and begin putting up trees even in the fall!
This year begins my 45th year of teaching and I am blessed to be a part of the Milan Middle School family.
